Bikini Bump Solution with Superfood Chia Seeds
Add ½ cup of baking soda with ½ cup of coconut oil and ½ cup of sugar. If possible, grind chia seeds in a processor and add to the mixture. Create a nice paste and exfoliate the bikini area to avoid getting ingrown hairs.
Tired Body Bath and Feet Solution with Superfood Green Tea and Ginger
Draw a nice warm bath and add a few green tea bags, fresh ginger (or even ginger powder) and submerge in water. After bath, add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to your lotion to “upcycle” and invigorate tired achy feet.
Sunburn Solution with Superfood Blueberry
In a clean spray bottle, fill it up with aloe vera juice. Add a few sliced blueberries to infuse the aloe and keep this bottle in the refrigerator. Use throughout the day and night to help heal skin.
